9:22:00 pmDid I say fun? Maybe distructive, frustrating and hard would be better words to use.
1. As your packing your life into boxes chubby little beautiful hands will be unpacking the boxes behind you.
Lesson.. Tape the boxes as you go!
2. Packing tape is NOISY if you have a little babe that like mine will sleep through most things. Guess what, they won't sleep through the tugging of tape!
3. I always lived pretty lightly, clothing, necessary house hold items ect. I now have truck loads of old baby clothes and toys that aren't even being used anymore... Someone explain to me why?
But it all isn't so bad! Redecorating is fun, starting from scratch. Feeling fresh, new and excited. Sometimes you fall into a rut, life is constantly repetitive.. Try to spic it up, laugh more often and enjoy those little moments with your family.
I often forget to just sit on the floor and watch him, let him show me his toys, see what he wants to do. Rather than setting up all the activities for him, reading to him an playing set games and following routine. Sometimes just go with it! See where they want to go and what they want to do.
Your little one might actually surprise you, and te more you tune in... The more you can see the signs and read what they really need. Yes I'm admitting now at 14 months of parenting that I'm only learning how to read what my child needs.
