You may have read my post last week about birth plans, were they helpful or are they just for controlling woman? Well my opinions changed majorly between pregnancies. This time I've already got mine down on paper ready to fax through to the OB who hasn't even excepted to take me on yet... Hahaha hopeful I know! 

I know that I may not be able to achieve each of these requests but I would love for my birth companion and support team to stand by me and respect these wishes.
