Mummy Blogger Makes || pull apart bread

4:11:00 pm

Since the weather is cooking down here in Australia it's time to pull back out the trusty slow cooker! I absolutely love mine and cook snacks desserts an main meals in it. Today I'm going to share a recipie with you that can be used to make rolls, scrolls or pull apart bread depending hot you place it in your slow cooker! These can be made savory (such as Hawaiian or Pizza scrolls) or sweet (for example Nutella or Apple and Cinamon).

I generally use whatever is left over in the fridge! By looking at my current fridge I would fill them with roast chicken, BBQ sauce, pineapple and cheese! Sounds like a pizza 😍
Ham and cheese is simple but nice too! Perfect for after school snacks and so simple to make.

Dough Ingredients:
For the dough you have three options. (My personal preference is option one with Greek yoghurt. It's moister!)
1. Two cups SELF RAISING flour and One cup GREEK YOGHURT.
2. Two cups SELF RAISING FLOUR, half a teaspoon of SALT, 75g of BUTTER and 3/4 cup of MILK.
3. Two cups of SELF RAISING FLOUR, two teaspoons of SUGAR and 1 1/4 cups of CREAM.

Filling Ingredients:
As I said this can be anything you please! Savory or sweet it's completely up to you (: here is an example of one of our household favourites!
Tomato paste
Sweet chili sauce
Ham
Cheese

Method
Mix all dough ingredients together untill formed to a ball.
Need on a lightly floured surface.
Roll out into a rectangle, remember this will rise so it doesn't need to be overly thick. Roughly 20x30cms.
Top with the toppings of your choice spreading out any sauces first.
Roll up into a log, slice and flatten slightly.
Line SC with baking paper and cook on high for 1 1/2 hours.

I can't find an image but I'll post one next time I make them ♥️ Please feel free to tag me @mummyblogger__ on IG or @yourmummyblogger on Facebook if you try these!
