What I expected, when I was expecting

I thought I was pretty prepared for parenthood. I thought I was ready! Now anyone who has a child will almost 100% laugh at that statment!

Nothing can prepare you for how sleep deprived you will be. Nothing can prepare you for the constant attention and stimulation your baby will need.
But nothing can prepare you for how inlove you will fall with your baby.
It's been the hardest thing I have ever done, but also the most rewarding.
I wouldn't change having my son for the world, but do I think I was ready to become a mother? No way. In all honesty I don't think you could ever be ready.

I expected to have this cute little baby who I could dress up in so many cute clothes.
Onsies are so SO much more comfy for a newborn! Even now when Charlie is almost 10 months old, I still throw on a onsie to keep him all tucked in and warm if we are at home.

What I expected when I was inlove with my bump, was nothing like reality.  But I love how my life has turned out! The unexpected is now expected.

The week to come...

Starting Monday the 12th.
Weekly topics are now back in action after the crazy Christmas and Newyear break (:

This week I'll be talking about my experience with sleep, the patterns and routines and how it changed with Charlie over the past 10 months.

I'll touch base on:
Controlled Crying
Charlie's sleep routine
Night and Day mix ups
Teething and sleep

If you have anything else that fits under this branch which you would like me to talk about. Please contact me (:
